Introduction
• Clock, reset and power management
– 2.0V to 5.5V application supply
– Power-on/Power-down reset (POR/PDR), Programmable voltage detector (PVD)
– External 2 to 24MHz high speed crystal oscillator
– Embedded factory-tuned 48MHz high speed oscillator
– PLL supports CPU running at 168MHZ
– External 32.768KHz low speed oscillator
• Low-power
– Sleep, Stop and Standby modes
– VBAT supply electricity for the RTC and the backup registers
• 1 12-bit ADC, 1μS A/D converters (up to 7 channels)
– Conversion range: 0 to VDDA
– Support sampling time and resolution configuration
– On-chip temperature sensor
– On-chip voltage sensor
• 2 Comparators
• 12 DMA controller
– Supported peripherals: Timer, ADC, UART, I2C, SPI, USB and SDIO
• Up to 80 fast I/Os:
– All mappable on 16 external interrupt vectors
– Almost all can work on 5V
• Debug mode
– Serial wire debug (SWD) and JTAG interface
• Up to 11 timers
– 2 16-bit 4-channel advanced-control timer for 4 channels PWM output, with
deadtime generation and emergency stop
– 2 16-bit timer and 2 32-bit timer, with up to 4 IC/OC, usable for IR control
decoding
– 2 16-bit timer, with 1 IC/OC, 1 OCN, deadtime generation and emergency stop
and modulator gate for IR control
– 2 watchdog timers (independent and window type)
– SysTick timer: 24-bit downcounter
• Up to 16 Communication interfaces
– 8 UARTs
– 2 I2Cs
– 3 SPIs
– 1 CAN
– 1 USB
– 1 SDIO
• 96-bit unique ID (UID)
• Packages LQFP100, LQFP64, LQFP48, LQFP32 and QFN32
