The SPEAr device then shows its willingness to accept the network parameters received from the DHCP server by responding with DHCP REQUEST message. 4. The DHCP server responds with DHCP_ACKNOWLEDGE message and completes the DHCP protocol. 5. Next, the device initiates the TFTP protocol and sends a request for the "xloader.bin" file. The TFTP server running over the network whose address was provided in step 2 must have the xloader.bin file in it's TFTP boot directory. |
