Configure and run the data link layer

To configure the data link layer, it is necessary to call the function “DL_Init(DLType)”

provided in the services.h, only once in the main.c.

To run the data link it is necessary to call, in a loop, the function “DL_FSM()” provided in the

dl_mgt20.h.
