Flash memory write counter, high word
The FLSHCNT_LOW (see Table 130 and Table 131) and
FLSHCNT_HIGH (see Table 132 and Table 133) registers combine
to provide a 32-bit, binary counter that tracks the number of flash
memory write cycles. In addition to the number of write cycles, the
flash memory has a finite service lifetime, which depends on the
junction temperature. Figure 60 provides guidance for estimating
the retention life for the flash memory at specific junction tempera-
tures. The junction temperature is approximately 7°C above the
case temperature.
