These wait times are necessary for proper settling in the sensor. Ramp-Up VDD45 and VSSNEG Both VDD45 and VSSNEG must start at 0 V and ramp to their values as specified in chapter 5 and section 7.2.1, respecting the order and the timing described in the figure below. Figure 67: Ramp-Up VDD45 and VSSNEG Ramp-Down VSSNEG and VDD45 Attention A specific order and timing must be applied to these sensor supplies also when ramping down.
