engine.

proximity engine.

All other PD_MUX_SEL values are reserved and should not use.

ENAB_TEMP_

SENSOR

This field activates temperature sensor.

Set PEN =TEN =ENAB_TEMP_SENSOR =1 to enable temperature

measurement.
