Even if LVD/HVD monitor reaction is configurable, the application ensures that the device remains in the operative condition range, and the internal LVDx monitors are disabled by the application. Then an external voltage monitor with minimum threshold of VDD_LV(min) = 1.08 V measured at the device pad, has to be implemented. For HVDx, if the application disables them, then they need to grant that VDD_LV and VDD_HV voltage levels stay withing the limitations provided in Section 4.2: Absolute maximum ratings. 2. The values reported are Trimmed values, where applicable. 3. See Figure 15. Transitions shorter than minimum are filtered. Transitions longer than maximum are not filtered, and will be delayed by TVMFILTER time. Transitions between minimum and maximum can be filtered or not filtered, according to temperature, process and voltage variations. Table 39.
