VOL(FG), IL(FG)
IFGFIL1, IFGFIL2
After power is first applied, set VIN1 to 3V and VIN2 to 2V.
Set the switch SW to position 1 and measure VOL(FG).
Then set VIN1 to 2V and VIN2 to 3V.
Set the switch SW to position 2 and measure IL(FG).
When measuring IFGFIL1, set VIN1 = 3V, VIN2 = 2V, and VFGIL from 0.5 to 2.0V.
When measuring IFGFIL2, set VIN1 = 2V, VIN2 = 3V, and VFGIL from 3.5 to 2.0V.
