19"x30"(483mmx762mm).Selfcontainedpumpsarestandardonthiscompactplatformallowingforeasybenchtopsetup.

Capableofhandlingboardsupto9"x15"(229mmx381mm),withaplacementaccuracyto0.001"(0.025mm)and

interconnectionpitchesaslowas0.012"(0.3mm),theAPR-5000-DZisidealforreworkingsmallerassembliessuchas

cellphonesandlaptopcomputers.

TheAPR-5000-DZSystemincorporatespowerful,efficientandfastresponseconvectivetopreflowheaterandbottom

dualzonepre-heatersfordeliveringfastrampandtightdeltatemperaturecontrolhorizontally,acrossthesurfaceof

PCBsupto0.25"thick,andverticallybetweenthedieandballofthereworkedcomponents.

Thesinglereflow/placementheadcanbemovedtothecorrectposition forreworkallowingPCBassemblieswith2"

(50mm)undersidecomponentstobestationarymountedabovethepre-heater.Anoptional

XYtablecanbeaddedtominimizeoperatorfatigueandisidealforsmallPCB

assemblieswithlessthan.25"(6.4mm)undersidecomponents.Inaddition,theAPR-

5000-DZ-TABisanAPR-5000-DZsystemwithapre-assembledXYtable.

Thesystemalsoincorporatesanexclusiveintegralvisionsystemthatmakes

viewing,aligningandaccuratelyplacingacomponenteasybyallowingoperators

tosimultaneouslyviewthetopsideofthePCBandasuperimposedimageofthe

undersideofthecomponent.Then,withmicrometeradjustment,imagescanbe

accuratelyalignedintheX,Y&Thetaaxespriortoplacement.Inaddition,

integratingthevisionsystemwiththemachine'ssoftwareeliminatestheneedfor

multiplemonitors.
