These are expressed as the deviation from the ideal value when the output code changes. For example, the change in output code from “0E16” to “0F16” should occur at 72.5 mV, but the measured value is 0.6 mV. Accordingly, the measured point of change is 72.5 + 0.6 = 73.1 mV. The upper lines of the graph indicate the input voltage width for which the output code is constant. For example, the measured input voltage width for which the output code is “0F16” is 4.7 mV. Accordingly, the differential non-linear error is 4.7 – 5.0 = –0.3 mV (–0.06LSB). [Measurement condition] • VCC = AVCC = 5 V, • VREF = 5.12 V, • f(XIN) = 25 MHz, • Ta = 25 °C |
