When I2C is in Slave mode, it cannot communicate with the MCU in Green mode.
At the same time, the SCL in on hold and kept at low level when the MCU is in
Green mode. SCL is released when the MCU switches to Normal mode.
Bits 1~0:
Not used. Set to "0" all the time.
