# TPD7203F Power MOSFET Gate Driver
## Features
️· Designed for 3-phase DC motor control
️· Includes a charge pump for high-side drive
️· Built-in power MOSFET protection (low-voltage protection)
️· SSOP-24 package with embossed-tape packing
## Pin Descriptions (Selected)
️· COSC: Connect 1500 pF capacitor (oscillation frequency)
️· ROSC: Connect 100 kΩ resistor (oscillation frequency)
️· IN1-IN6: Inputs controlling power MOSFETs (built-in pull-down resistor 100kΩ)
️· FAULT: Diagnosis output (low when low-voltage detected)
️· CP1/CP2: Charge pump capacitors (0.47 μF ceramic)
️· CPV: Final stage charge pump capacitor (1 μF ceramic + 10 μF electrolytic)
