General Description

TheHT7963isahighefficiencyboostconverterwith

afixedoscillatorfrequencyforLEDbacklightingand

LEDlightingapplication.ThewhiteLEDcurrentis

setupusinganexternalcurrentsettingresistor,which

hasalowfeed-backvoltageofonly0.3V.TheDIM

inputallowsawiderangeofdimmingcontrolforLED

backlightingorLEDlighting.Thedeviceoffersafull

rangeofprotectionfunctionssuchaspowerMOSFET

overcurrentprotection(OCP),ICpowersupplyunder

voltagelockout(UVLO),over-voltageprotection

(OVP),outputvoltageshortcircuitprotection(OSP)

andovertemperatureprotection(OTP).
