ROP (memory read-out protection register) Bit 7-0: ROP[7:0] memory read-out protection: 0xAA: enable read-out protection. When read-out protection is enabled, reading or modifying the Flash program memory and DATA area in ICP mode (using the SWIM interface) is forbidden, whatever the write protection settings are. UBC (UBC user boot code reg.)
