The reference return for the I2C bus is on the secondary (SELV)
side of the converter (i.e. 3V3_RTN)

Pins reserved for future use
Note 3
Both ENables (ENA/ENB) have to be connected to their
respective RTNS to enable the internal power management IC.
CAUTION:
Hazardous internal voltages and high temperatures.
Ensure that unit is accessible only to trained personnel. The user
must provide the recommended fusing in order to comply with
safety approvals.
