Description

The device in a

PNP transistor manufactured

using new “PB-HDC” (Power Bipolar High Density

Current)

technology.

The

resulting

transistor

shows

exceptional

high

gain

performances

coupled

with

very

low

saturation

voltage.

The complementary NPN is the 2STF1340.
