Thermal specification

The IMS C011 is tested to a maximum silicon temperature of 100

_C. For operation within the given specifi-

cations, the case temperature should not exceed 85

_C.

For temperatures above 85

_C the operation of the device cannot be guaranteed and reliability may be

impaired.
