Errors include effects of multiplexer and sample and hold circuitry, including droop. 19. The Zero Error is defined as the number of LSB values away from the ideal value of 1/2 LSB that the ADC output count will transition from 0 to 1 when the input is swept through the range of interest. The transition must occur within the specified range. 20. An LSB is defined as follows: 21. The Full Scale Error is defined as the number of LSB values away from the ideal value of -1/2 LSB from Full Scale that the ADC output count actually transitions from -1 LSB count to Full Scale count when the input voltage is swept through the voltage range of interest. The transition must occur within the specified range. Table 3.
