Package mechanical drawings and data information

The following notes are related to Figure 53 and Table 69:

FPBGA stands for Fine Pitch Plastic Ball Grid Array.

Fine pitch: e < 1.00 mm pitch.

Low Profile: The total profile height (Dim A) is measured from the seating plane to the

top of the component.

The maximum total package height is calculated by the following methodology
