Notes:

1. The dead time period is (DTn.11-DTn.0) * PWM clock (n = 0, 1) either in center-aligned mode or edge-aligned mode.

2. When writing these two register, low byte should be written first then write high byte, because high byte writing operation

will copy these two register to really counter, only change low byte is useless.

3. In edge aligned mode, if Dut ≤ Period ≤ Duty + Dead time0 + Dead time1, PWM/11/21 will output inactive level. PWM1/2

will output PWM waveform normally except that period < Duty.

4. In center aligned mode, if Deadtime0 ≥ Duty, PWM1/2 will only output final half normal waveform, the front half will output

inactive level. If Deadtime1+Duty ≥ Period, then PWM11/21 only output front half normal waveform, the final half will output

inactive level.
