INSERTION LOSS, RETURN LOSS, STATE ERROR, STEP ERROR, AND RELATIVE PHASE
VDD = 3.3 V, VSS = −3.3 V, control voltages = 0 V or VDD, TDIE = 25°C, and a 50 Ω system, unless otherwise noted.
S-parameters are measured with microstrip launchers and 3 mil width ribbon bonds using GSG probes. The launchers are deembedded. See
the Applications Information section for assembly details.
