4 / 81 page  Datasheet 4 Rev. 1.0 2017-11-23 TLE75620-EST SPIDER+ 12V Overview Each output stage is protected against short circuit. In case of Overload, the affected channel switches OFF when the Overload Detection Current IL(OVLn) is reached and can be reactivated via SPI. In Limp Home mode operation, the channels connected to an input pin set to “high” restart automatically after Output Restart time tRETRY(LH) is elapsed. Temperature sensors are available for each channel to protect the device against Over Temperature. The power transistors are built by N-channel power MOSFET with one central chargepump for auto- configurable and high-side channels. The inputs are ground referenced TTL compatible. The device is monolithically integrated in Smart Power Technology. |
