±0.2% maximum @ 25°C, 20 ppm/°C maximum
Dual conversion with read 875 ns, 16 MHz SCLK
High speed serial interface
SPI®-/QSPI™ -/MICROWIRE™ -/DSP-compatible
−40°C to +125°C operation
Shutdown mode: 1 µA maximum
