DESCRIPTION The 7480/7481 group is the single-chip microcomputer adopting the silicon gate CMOS process. In addition to its simple instruction set, the ROM, RAM, and I/O addresses are placed in the same memory space. Having built-in serial I/O, A-D converter, and watchdog timer, this single-chip microcomputer is useful for control of automobiles, office automation equipment and home electric appliances.
