I. Overview
FD650 is a special circuit for LED drive control with keyboard scanning circuit interface. Integrated with MCU input Output control circuits such as digital interface, data latch, LED drive, keyboard scanning, and brightness adjustment.
This chip Stable performance, reliable quality, strong anti-interference ability, suitable for 24-hour long-term continuous work applications.

2. Feature Description
• Display mode: 8 segments x 4 digits
• Segment drive current not less than 25mA, word drive current not less than 150mA
• Provide 8 levels of brightness control
• Keyboard scan: 7×4bit
• High-speed two-wire serial interface
• Built-in clock oscillation circuit
• Built-in power-on reset circuit
• Support 3V-5.5V power supply voltage
• Available in DIP16 (FD650K) and SOP16 (FD650S) packages
