# LSDPAD20 Low Leakage Pico-Amp Dual Diode
## General Description
️· Replaces Siliconix LSDPAD20.
️· Monolithic dual diode with low leakage.
️· Excellent capacitance matching.
️· Available in TO-72 package and as bare die (contact Micross for dimensions).

️· High Isolation: 20fA
️· Differential Capacitance (∆CR): ≤ 0.5pF
️· Ultralow Leakage: ≤ 20 pA
️· Reverse Breakdown Voltage (BVR): ≥ -45V
️· Reverse Capacitance (Crss): ≤ 2.0pF
## Absolute Maximum Ratings (@ 25°C)
️· Storage Temperature: -65°C to +150°C
️· Operating Junction Temperature: -55°C to +135°C
️· Continuous Power Dissipation: 500mW
️· Forward Current: 50mA
## Electrical Characteristics (@ 25°C)
️· Reverse Breakdown Voltage (BVR): -45 V (IR = -1µA)
️· Forward Voltage (VF): 0.8 – 1.5 V (IF = 1mA)
