General Description
BD2061AFJ and BD2065AFJ are single channel high side switch ICs with over-current protection for Universal Serial Bus (USB) power supply line. These ICs have low ON-Resistance N-Channel power MOSFETs with low supply current, built-in over-current protection circuit, thermal shutdown circuit, under voltage lockout and soft-start circuit.

■ Built-In Low ON-Resistance Nch MOSFET ( Typ=80mΩ )
■ Control Input Logic
➤ Active-Low: BD2061AFJ
➤ Active-High: BD2065AFJ
■ Soft-Start Circuit
■ Over-Current Protection
■ Thermal Shutdown
■ Under Voltage Lockout Function
■ Open Drain Error Flag Output
■ Reverse-Current Protection when Switch Off
■ Flag Output Delay

Applications
